About This Program
Dragons
Dragons is where our youngest students begin. Built specifically for ages 4 to 7, it blends structured movement, basic martial arts skills, and the kind of character-building that sets kids up for everything that comes next. No shouting drill-sergeant stuff. Just great coaches who understand young kids and make every class feel like an adventure.
Parents love Dragons because it builds focus, listening skills, and confidence in ways school simply does not. Kids love it because it is fun, physical, and they feel like proper martial artists from day one. Welcome to the start of the journey.

Absolutely. Our coaches are fully qualified, all classes are structured, and everyone trains to their level. Injuries are rare and always minor.
Zero. Most of our students started with none. Coaches adapt to your level from minute one - you will never be thrown into something you are not ready for.
Perfect. That is where most people start. Our fittest members walked in red-faced after warm-ups in their first week. Three months later - different people entirely.
